Two Ways to Wear a Wool Overs Jumper

There are so many reasons to love a basic jumper; it can be chucked into your bag to be pulled out the moment it turns cold, it can be thrown over any outfit to make you appear casual and cozy, and it can be worked into your daily sartorial escapades as a blank canvas for a statement piece.

Wool Overs have created a great  selection of such jumpers, as well as cardigans, sleeveless knits and tops, all manufactured using high quality wool, cotton and cashmere to create pieces that are super soft, long lasting and classically stylish. Surprisingly, these pieces are great value, with jumpers starting from around £22.00.

I've styled a Wool Overs jumper below in two different ways to show you its versatility. This cashmere and merino wool jumper* is my current favourite colour (grey), and therefore works well with a lot of pieces in my wardrobe; however, it comes in a range of different hues, from blueberry to coral, so you're sure to find something to pair it with!

For an office outfit, I paired this jumper with a darker toned grey turtle neck top, black culottes, white pointed courts and envelope clutch, and silver accessories. The monotone pieces harmonise with each other, pulling the look together to create an outfit that is both comfortable and work-appropriate.

Camel and grey are two colours that complement each other to no end. I wore this sleeveless camel jacket over the jumper and a pair of jeans to go shopping, completing the look with comfy black ankle boots and a large black tote for all my essentials. Sunglasses are a must, so I’ve worn a pair of round black rims to match with my accessories.

  1. My favorite way of styling a V-neck sweater is with a polo/turtleneck underneath... and you wear it so well :)
