Life can either be a struggle when you're trying to get fit, or you can seamlessly blend exercise and healthy eating into your everyday life. For me, it's a slight struggle; I'm all for a positive 'post-healthy-smiley-fit-photos-on-Instagram' outlook, but then I'll sneakily be missing workouts or tucking into a doughnut when I'm not veiling my eating habits online.
It's been three months since I really started trying to up my game. I began working out three to four times a week, and swapping junk food for fresh, healthy food, and so far I'm happy with the progress I've made - but I'm far from done.
Oooh, and if you like the look of the photograph above, it's my homemade guacamole (a staple in my diet) and a handfull of Tyrell's crisps. The guacamole is made with one avocado, half a lime and a quarter or a red onion, though I usually throw in some chopped tomatoes too! I definitely recommend to try this yourself for a tasty snack!
