I haven't exactly got the perfect body-shape for printed trousers; they say that print 'emphasises', and the fact that my thighs are rather curvaceous compared to the rest of me doesn't bode well for my love of printed trousers.
Regardless, you will , more often than not, see me donning leopard print, checks, tartans, houndstooth and stripes, as I really couldn't give a damn whether they make me appear wider, shorter, taller or thinner. I LOVE print.
A good pair of colourful trousers is the first thing that catches my eye when I walk into a shop - the brighter, the better. I'm on a never-ending search for the perfect fit, length and material, but give me a swirly watercolour pattern in girly, pastel hues and I'm sold.
Printed trousers really can go with anything. My personal favourite outfit involves serious print-clashing with a mismatched top, plus the perfect pair of pointed courts and an oversized clutch - maybe a look for the brave, but it definitely turns heads!
So what's the item of clothing you couldn't live without? Rare London are hosting a competition in which you could have the chance to win £200 in vouchers, just by creating your own blog post about your favourite top, jumper, skirt, or shoes etc.
Anyone can join in, but I'm nominating Amy Cavill from The Pre-Trender, Hannah from Dainty and Ivory and Jenna Christina from A Bird's Leap. Have fun!
